21 Quotes about Happiness: “I think the key to life is just being a happy person, and happiness will bring you success.” – Diego Val

Dr Usui the founder of modern Reiki outlined 5 principles to guide his Reiki students to a purposeful and pure life – these principles teach us a lot about how to be happy – staying focused in the moment, being grateful for what we have and being kind to others.  We teach these values in all our Reiki training courses. They are great ideals to follow and practise, and I think if we live these principles instead of trying to chase happiness we will find it along the way!

5 REIKI PRINCIPLES:
JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL NOT WORRY. …
JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL NOT BE ANGRY. …
JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL BE GRATEFUL. …
JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL DO MY WORK HONESTLY. …
JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL BE KIND TO EVERY LIVING THING.
